San Leandro, CA 94579 Dear Mr. Collett: November 23, 1981 RB: Building Permit #2606-77 (AP 65-12-54) With reference to the above subject, in November 1977 we issued Ballard Construction a permit to construct a new house for you on your property on the south side of Steiffer Road in Magalia. The house has apparently not been completed and we have recently received a letter from Hllard Construction indicating its responsibility was through framing inspection and you were to finish the house. Attached.is an application for four (4) permit renewals which must be filled out and returned to this office together with $264.00 in fees and the Owner -Builder Verifica- tion Form.
