Dear Mr. .De La Vergne:
The Butte County Subdivision Violation Committee reviewed the chain
of title and gift deed recorded July 26, 1977.
Since gift deeds are exempt from the county ordinance and subdivision
map act, no formal action was taken by the committee.
The legal description of the easement is not locatable and the suggestion
of the committee is that a new description be prepared. This is a
recommendation only but could cause problems with the•issuance of
future building permits for parcels with this easement as a means of
access to their _parcels.
