2. Shut off appliance burner and pilot valves.
3. Air test with manometer to 10"-14" water column, or test %,iith slope gauge (minimum
6oz.-maximum 8 oz.) calibrated in tenth pound increments. Test for 10 min. without
drop.
4. Connect gas meter to mobilehome with connector, turn on gas, test connections with
soapy water.

A. Is service large enough to provide adequate amperage to m6biilehome (must equal rating of
mobilehome with a minimum f 100 amp) and other facilities on lot, i.e., water pumps,
garage, cabana, etc.? Yes No

D. Is continuity test satisfactory as per the following procedure? Yes` No
1. De -energize electrical wiring system of the mobilehome at the pAeesstal.
2. Make sure that the power supply cord or feeder assembly conductors, including neutral
conductor, have been disconnected.
3. Switch all breakers and switches in the mobilehome to the "on" position.
4. Connect one lead of a test.instrument to the mobilehome grounding conductor and
apply the other lead to each rn.obilehome supply conductor, including neutral.
5. All non-current., carrying metal parts. of the mobilehome (aluminum siding; gas line,
water line),• including fixtures and appliances, shall be tested for continuity from
such equipment and the grounding conductor.
6. Upon completion of the above procedure, the power supply cord or feeder.assembly
conduc=tors. shall be connected to the site service equipment. A further continuity
test ,ghall then be made between the grounding electrode and the chassis of the
mobilehome. Upon satisfactory completion of the electrical tests, the lot or site
service equipment may be approved for energizing.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the County of Butte and the special
conditions set forth below: George, Darlene. and Joshua Tamayo are hereby granted a
Use Permit in accordance with application filed: September 15, 1994 to allow a mobile
home as a temporary second dwelling on property zoned RT -1-A (Minimum Density
Residential Trailer) located on the south side of Woodward Drive, approAmately 1000+
feet east of Holmwood Drive at 6624 Woodward Drive, Magalia, CA.
Failure to comply with the conditions specified herein as the basis for
approval of application and issuance of Permit, constitutes cause for the
revocation of said permit in accordance with the procedures set forth in the
Butte County Zoning Ordinance, including Butte County Code Sec. 24-62.
2. Unless otherwise provided for in a special condition to this Use Permit, all
conditions must be completed by the Permittee within 12 months of the
delivery of the countersigned permit to the Permittee. .
3. If any use for which a Use Permit has been granted is not established within
one year of the date of receipt of the countersigned permit by the Permittee,
the permit shall become null and void and reapplication and a new permit
shall be required to establish the use.
4'. The terms and conditions of this permit shall run with the land and shall be binding
upon and be to the benefit of the heirs, legal representatives, successors, and
assigns of the Permittee.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
1. Occupancy of the mobile home is limited to Colleen and Joshua Tamayo.
2. No rent is to be charged to the occupant of the mobile home.
3. Meet the requirements of the Butte County Environmental Health Department
for domestic water supply and sewage disposal.
4. The mobile home is to be a temporary use on the property pursuant to the
requirements of Section 24-304 of the Butte County Code.
5. The Use Permit shall expire two years from the date of issuance of the Use
Permit. If an application for extension is filed 60 calendar days prior to
permit expiration, the Planning Commission may grant extensions of the Use
Permit not exceeding one year per extension.
6. In the event that the applicant who is residing within the mobile home or the
conventional residence, for any reason, moves to another location or is
deceased, then in that event, the Use Permit granted herein shall
automatically expire and the mobile home shall be removed within one
hundred twenty (120) days. In the event the mobile home is not removed
within one hundred twenty (120) days pursuant to the terms of the Use.
Permit, the County shall remove the mobile home and store it at the owner's
expense.
7. The applicant is to pay a deposit or post a bond to cover the cost of removal
in the amount of $1,500 for the single -wide mobile.
8. Meet the requirements of the Building Division of the Butte County
Department of Development Services.
9. Building permit fees and any current, or new, impact fees are to be paid at
the fee level in place at the time of the application for the building permit.
10. Applicant must also comply with all other applicable. State and local statutes,
ordinances, and regulations.
NOTE: Minor changes may be approved administratively by the Director of
Development Services, or his designee, upon receipt of a
substantiated written request by the applicant. Prior to such approval,
verification shall be made by each Department or Division that the
modification is consistent with the application, fees paid and
environmental determination as conditionally approved. Changes
deemed to be major or significant in nature shall require a formal
application for an amendment.
