Gentlemen:.
At the regular meeting of the Butte County Subdivision Violation Committee
held May 14, 1980, the Committee issued a conditional Certificate of Com-
pliance for AP 65-19-20 and 22, with the condition being:.
.1. Provide 60 feet of access to AP 65-19-20 and 22 and also
to AP 65-19-21..
There is a fifteen (15) day appeal period before this conditional Certifi-
cate of Compliance can be recorded, unless you sign and return the attached
waiver waiving your right to appeal the Committee's decision.
