The conditions are: 1. Recombine the North 1/2 and the South 1/2 of Lot 472 of the Firhaven Subdivision. 2. Comply with all applicable state and local codes and regulations. There is a fifteen=day appeal period before this certificate can be recorded unless the enclosed waiver is signed and returned, waiving your right to appeal the committee's decision.
