The conditions are: 1. Recombine the North 1/2 and the South 1/2 of Lot 472 of the Firhaven Subdivision. 2. Comply with all applicable state and local codes and regulations. There is a fifteen=day appeal period before this certificate can be recorded unless the enclosed waiver is signed and returned, waiving your right to appeal the committee's decision. If you wish to appeal the committee's decision, you must contact the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, 25 County Center Drive, Oroville, CA, within fifteen days from the date of this letter.
