During a storm In late February, a large tree limb broke falling across power lines (service drop) bringing
down the power pole. In an attempt to rectify this and restore power, we had a new power pole installed
and employed Hignell & Hignell to complete the electrical work. Hignell S Hignell applied at the Chico
office of public works for a permit to proceed. After an on -sight inspection, the inspector refused to issue

assumed all was in order and saw no reason to doubt this. Since purchase, taxes have been paid on
these "improvements".

During a storm In late February, a large tree limb broke falling across power lines (service drop) bringing
down the power pole. In an attempt to rectify this and restore power, we had a new power pole installed
and employed Hignell & Hignell to complete the electrical work. Hignell & Hignell applied at the Chico
office of public works for a permit to proceed_ After an on -sight inspection, the inspector refused to issue
said permit. This was due to what he considered improvements made to the mobil home without the
necessary permits.
