I have spoke to several contractors and they agreed with me on this and the information I was told prior. To date which is August 21, 2003 I have never heard anything back or about this again, so for the record I am putting this in writing. Ihave not done anything for a long time around here, I believe the complaint Rick Trent was hearing about was on the street behind me or across in the culdesac.
