In addition, mobile home utility permits were not required until April 21, 1972, and mobile home installation permits were not required until January 20, 1975. Since no inspections have been conducted on these improvements, I cannot comment on the condition or construction, but if they were indeed constructed or installed in 1970, no building permits were required.
