All that certain real property situate in the County of Butte, State of California, described as
follows:
Lot 29, as shown on that certain Map entitled, "PARADISE PINES UNIT NO. 3",.which map
was recorded in the office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California, on June 17,
1970, in Book 35 of Maps, at pages 78, 79, 80, 81 and 82. -
EXCEPTING AND RESERVING THEREFROM all of the valuable minerals beneath the surface
of the said lands, with the right to mine and extract said minerals, it being agreed and understood
that in all mining operations the surface of said lands will be protected against damage and that all
mining shall be carried on from tunnels, shafts, or drifts, having their orifices outside of the
surface area of the above described realty, all as excepted and reserved in the Deed, from Magalia

Dear Mr. or Mrs. Lebaron:
On February 13, 1987, I visited the above listed property in response
to a complaint concerning a burned mobilehome on the above listed
property. The Butte County Assessor's records indicate you are the
owners of the property.
My visit revealed a totally burned mobilehome and associated debris on
the property. On March 5, 1987, I called Sal Sandoval, Progressive
Casualty Insurance, and was advised that you were responsible for
removal of the burned debris.
Due to the condition of the mobilehome it does not appear feasible to
make any repairs. The conditions observed are in violation of the
California 'Administrative Code, Title. 25, Chapter 2, Subchapter 1,
Section 1704 (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (f), (g), and (h); and which
render the mobilehome substandard and a nuisance; and the Butte County
Code, Chapter 31, Section 31-8 Refuse Removal. "
To comply, within 30 days from receipt of this notice, take necessary
steps to remove the burned mobilehome and associated debris from the
property and properly dispose of the same at an approved disposal
site.
A reinspection will be made. Failure to comply will result in the'
following:
1. The Franchise Tax Board will be advised'of your noncompliance.
You- will then be prevented from -claiming state tax deductions for
taxes, depreciation, amortization, or.interest expenses connected
with the property as long as it remains substandard. ' This notice
is' given to you pursuant to Sections 17299 and 24436.5 of the
California Revenue and Taxation Code.

2. This matter will be referred to the Board 'of: Supervisors for
administrative action to declare the burned mobilehome a public
nuisance, and undertake removal of the burned. mobilehome and
associated debris, and place'a lien on the property to recover the
County's cost of cleanup.

PETITION
The undersigned petitioners residents and property owners in
Paradise Pines 3, Butte County, are demanding that immediate
action by Butte County Authorities is taken in the following
matter.
Clean up of burned Mobile Home located at Jack Pine Way.
The above mentioned Mobile Home burned down in 1986 and is a
health hazard with open sewer lines and septic tank, dangerous
playground.for visiting children and eye sore in the neighbor-
hood, deterring values of properties and since all efforts were
made to contact the owners without any results to clean up this
dangerous condition, the undersigned are asking the Butte County
to take immediate action and clean up -the site and charge the
same to property owner*.
