The Butte County Assessor's records indicate you are the owners of the property. My visit revealed a totally burned mobilehome and associated debris on the property. On March 5, 1987, I called Sal Sandoval, Progressive Casualty Insurance, and was advised that you were responsible for removal of the burned debris. Due to the condition of the mobilehome it does not appear feasible to make any repairs. The conditions observed are in violation of the California 'Administrative Code, Title. 25, Chapter 2, Subchapter 1, Section 1704 (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (f), (g), and (h); and which render the mobilehome substandard and a nuisance; and the Butte County Code, Chapter 31, Section 31-8 Refuse Removal. " To comply, within 30 days from receipt of this notice, take necessary steps to remove the burned mobilehome and associated debris from the property and properly dispose of the same at an approved disposal site. A reinspection will be made. Failure to comply will result in the' following: 1. The Franchise Tax Board will be advised'of your noncompliance. You- will then be prevented from -claiming state tax deductions for taxes, depreciation, amortization, or.interest expenses connected with the property as long as it remains substandard.
