Staff was asked why Condition 3 only listed motor oil as a waste product. Staff said the only hazardous waste material that came to his mind was motor oil in connection with',a backhoe business:. Commissioner Matson did not understand the need for an easement over Lot 42 when the parcel shows an access onto the cul--de--sac:. Staff sa3,,d when the subdivision was, approved for the commercial development it was restricted to access off the frontage road across Lot 42. He said there were certain access points to eliminate a lot of curb cuts and separate driveways. He said the applicant does not have legal access onto Vine. Commissioner Lynch said theapplicant would need' to apply for a direct access to Vine for Lot 40 with the Advisory Agency to I mend the subdivision map. Commissioner Matson said there is a stipulation that the leachl.ines can not go within 20 feet of the right-of-way. He asked if this was done for the possibility of future road improvement? Staff said this is correct; Commissioner Matson stated the drainage from this property will not be intra Vj Ae Road . The hearing was opened to the publid, No one was present on this item. Commissioner Matson said he would like the applicant to apply for the amendment to the subdivision trap to the access would be directly unto Vine. Road and not across Lot 42 with an easement.
