Application for Determination
At the regular meeting of the Butte County Subdivision Violation
Committee meeting held on July 17, 1991, the committee granted a
conditional Certificate of Compliance for the above -referenced
property. The condition is:
1. Provide verification that the parcel meets usable sewage disposal
area and water supply requirements of Chapter 20 of the Code of Butte
County.
There is a fifteen -day appeal period before this Certificate can be
recorded but since you have signed the waiver waiving your .right to
appeal the committee's decision, we will go ahead and record the
Certificate. If the condition is met prior to recordation of the
Certificate, a "clean' Certificate with no condition will be issued.
If you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact this
office.
