FOR DETERMINATION At the regular meeting of the Butte County Subdivision Violation Committee meeting held on October 9, 1991, the committee granted a conditional Certificate of Compliance for the above -referenced property. The conditions are: 1. Provide satisfactory evidence that the parcels comply with current Subdivision Ordinance requirements for usable sewage disposal area and the provision of domestic water. 2. Overlay the 65 ft. snorkel with an easement for access and road purposes and for a public utility easement. 3. The parcel must meet the condition of the zoning from October 15, 1985. There is a fifteen -day appeal period before this Certificate can be recorded unless you sign and return the enclosed* waiver waiving your right to appeal the committee's decision.
