At the regular meeting of the Butte County Subdivision Violation Committee held January 21, 1981, the Committee issued a conditional Certificate of Compliance for AP 66-01-12. The condition_ia,,- 1. Provide evidence of a 60 ft. access easement to a publicly . maintained road. Should it be determined that the property does have 60 ft. of access .to a publicly maintained road prior to the recordation of the conditional Certificate of'Compliance, a Certificate of Compliance with no conditions will be recorded instead. There is a fifteen (15) day appeal period before this conditional Certificate of Compliance can be recorded unless you sign and return the attached waiver waiving your right to appeal the committee's decision.
