Being two 10 foot wide public utility easements located within Lot 216
of PP.radise Pines Country Club Estates Unit No. 4, as said Lot and
easements are shown upon the map filed for record in Book 38 of Maps
at pages 69i 70, 71, 72 and 73, Bunte County Records, more particularly
described as follows:
i. A strip of Land of the uniform width of 10 feet lying
contiguous to and easterly of the westerly boundary line of
said Lot 216 a .d extending froze the northerly 'boundary line
of sa'd Lot 216 south 160 55+ 16'I west 1.56:45 feet to the
southerly boundary line of said Lot 216; excepting there.frozn
the southerly 20 feet thereof.
2. A strip of land of the Aform width of 10 feet lying i
contiguous to and southerly of the northerly boundary line
of said Lot 216 and extending from the easterly boundary line
of said Lot 216 south 70 55, 1111 west 18.46 feet to the
easterly boundary line of the strip of ,land hereinbefore
described and designated 1.
We have -reviewed this matter and find, as far as POandR is coneerned,'we
have no need for the hereinbefore described easements.
You may use this letter in your further negotiations with the County of
