Pursuant to our conversation of March 20, 1996, and in accordance with the written
instructions on the Correction Notice left with me on the same date, I am requesting
your consideration for a 30 day extension. Due to mitigating circumstances of an injury
and a serious illness, we had to reprioritize and the correction was forgotten.
The correction notice was regarding the distance between each upright that runs from
the deck to the handrail. The distance is 6" between each, which I interpret from the
diagram should be 4" between each.
