With reference to the above subject and your letter received on December
4, 1986, concerning building size restrictions on Lot 13, Skyway Plaza Sub-
division, I am aware of the following items which will limit the size of
the complex:
(1) The area is zoned C -C which requires Planning Commission approval
of site development including building size, location, parking, etc.
(2) Health Department requirements on sewage disposal.
(3) Building code requirements on building area and location.
(4) See recorded map book 43 pages 8 and 9 for easements and restricted
areas shown on this lot.
