This appeal is based upon the following: 1. The subject facility is to be considered temporary and will be removed from the site within a maximum of two years. 2. If located as shown on the submitted plot plan the South wall of the trailer will be approximately 17 1/2 feet from the North wall of the existing building to the South. 3. Any.movement of the location of the trailer, to the North would confuse and hamper the new construction planned for the permanent facility. 4., It is of prime importance to the Bank that rthe trailer be oriented to'the parking area as shown, in order to provide equal opportunity for clientele to -use either the ramp or the stairs. 5.
