Dear Mr. Powell:
At the regular meeting of the Butte County Planning Commission held
June 23, 1988, your site plan to allow 6 dwelling units on property
zoned C -C located on the west side of Lakeridge Circle, approximately
1300 -feet from its southerly intersection with the Skyway, identified
as AP 66-33-24, Paradise, was denied.
A report of this matter will be made to the Clerk of the Board of
Supervisors. You will be notified of the time and date of the Board's
hearing.
