All that certain property located in the County of Butte, State of California, more
particularly described as follows:
Being a portion of Lot 3 of Section 34, Township 23 North, Range 3 East, M.D.B. &
M., being a portion*of the Melvin E. Chester parcel as shown on that certain Record
of Survey Map filed in the Office of the Recorder of Butte County, California, on
August 22, 1984, in Book 96 of Maps at Page 29, and being a portion of that certain
parcel or land described in Deed to Eugene Vesely, et ux., recorded may 1, 1990,
under Recorder's Serial Number 90-017440, and being more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeasterly corner of said Chester parcel as shown on said
Record of Survey Map, said point being located on the Westerly right-of-way line of
Nimshew Road, being 30.00 feet Westerly of the centerline of said road;
THENCE along said Westerly right-of-way line North 01 118'48" East, 399.99 feet to
a point 100.00 feet Southerly from the Northeast corner of said Chester Parcel and
Vesely Road;
THENCE parallel with the most Easterly North line of said Parcel as shown on said
Record of Survey Map, North 89039'33" West, 558.62 feet, more or less to the
centerline of the Pacific Gas and Electric Company ditch;
THENCE Southerly along said centerline 386.47 feet, more or less to the Southerly
boundary of said Chester Parcel and Vesely parcel;
THENCE along said Southerly boundary. South 87° 58'40" East, 610.60 feet, more
or less to the POINT OF BEGINNING and containing 5.25 acres, more or less.

With reference to the above subject, wL-�— een advised by one of our building
inspectors that you have not obtained the required permits and inspections from
this office for the work you are doing as follows:
Installed three (3) VIetAl chiMueyf in structures and apparently, they metal
building is being used for other than agricultural usage on your property located
at 19724 Nimshew );toad, Magalia.
Since permits and inspections are required by both State and County laws, please
contact this office within ten (10) days of the date of this letter, submit two (2)
complete sets of plans, apply for the required permits, and pay the appropriate
fees.
All work must stop until you obtain these permits and are authorized by our field
inspector to proceed. This field authorization cannot be made until the existing
work is inspected and approved.
Your coo tion in resolving this matter would certainly be appreciated. Should
