(11) Install wood stove per code requirements including proper clear- �114, ances to'combustibles (or use of an approved wall shield), proper flue, and proper hearth. (12) Install smoke detector at entrance to lower bedroom and at top of stairs at entrance to upstairs bedroom. (13) Reconstruct interior stairway to second floor to comply with code requirements including rise, run, handrails, and provide 1HR protection under the stairway. (14) Provide guardrails for upstairs landings. (15) Provide a full sized drain to the exterior of the building for the water heater relief valve. (16) Verify proper vents for all plumbing fixtures and complete upstairs bathroom. (17) Verify all windows are openable and operable. (18) Make the building weathertite. (19) Remove .and/or protect all exposed wiring (interior and exterior), complete all wiring to conform to code requirements including receptacle spacing, GFI protection for bathroom and exterior receptacles, 2-20 Amp kit- chen appliance circuits, and verify all wiring properly installed and grounded.
