According to the information given me.by the Zoning Commission, it is not a legal for this -type of business to be. going -on. The large trucks, noise, and burning of trash directly behind the home located at 13713 Old Skyway is unacceptable. I have been informed by responcible people that Mr. Kraus has also built inside of a large barn, located on parcel' Olnlo—..o3e} a office,_apartment, machine shop, and_a restroom with a ............ ----- --------... . septic system, all without a building permits. It is my understanding that the Zoning System, the Building Code, and the Environmental Health Code, are for all citizens of Butte County. I discussed this problem with Stephen Hackney, a County Planner, and filed a complaint approximately the middle of October. In November I again contacted Mr. Hackney to see ' what progress has been made; he requested I get in touch with the Code Enforcement Division. I have talked to them twice, 2 weeks apart and got no response. I do believe the County needs to be aware of this type of person who believes he is above the law and brags about it. I would appreciate being kept aware of the progress of this complaint, and that an investigation be started soon. Thank You: c.c.
