It also acknowledges that your mobile -home, though completely on your property is a few feet into a sixty foot easement provided by a parcel map. The county inspectors approval of this for occupancy was understandable and apparently caused by the fact that your house is about fifty feet to the center of the asphault drive which extended past your house to the two other lots. Since the house is entirely on your property and there is at least thirty- five to forty feet of easement clear of structures available to be used or developed as access, Butte County finds that it will not be necessary for you to relocate your home. This is further warranted on finding that your mobile replaced an older one which extended further into the easement than your new home. We are sending a copy of this letter to two neighbors to let them know of the County's action and to assure them that adequate access exists for their continued use.
