I find it hard to believe that a man in your position of responsibility could make such a cruel and heartless decision, especially at this time of year, although a decision of this kind would be inappropriate at any time of year. You obviously have no conscience, heart or compassion for the people whom you serve. I can only hope that your superiors will come to know the real you and make the right decision and.fire you immediately before somebody is seriously hurt by one of your decisions. My mother is disabled and a senior citizen on a fixed income and has lived on her property for 8 years. I am sure that she did not deliberately violate any zoning laws or building ordinances. So it would be unreasonable to expect her to be able to comply with whatever ordinances you feel she has violated in such a short time. My only hope is that your superiors will reverse your decision and give her a more reasonable amount of time to make any needed changes. I am writing this letter on Sunday, December 16, 1990 at 1:00 p.m. At this point my mother has-been without electrical power since Tuesday, December 11th at 3:00 p.m. I cannot tell you how angry and disgusted I am aboutthe way you have treated her..
