APP.- FOR DETERMINATION
At the regular meeting of the Butte County Subdivision Violation
Committee meeting held on December 18, 1991, the committee granted
a conditional Certificate of Compliance for the above -referenced
property. The conditions are:
1. Verify that both parcels are in compliance with usable sewage
disposal area requirements of Chapter 20 of the Code of Butte County
and public water supply or individual well requirements. -
2. Provide an accurate legal description of the remainder.
There is a fifteen -day appeal period before this Certificate can be
recorded unless you sign and return the enclosed waiver waiving your
right to appeal the committee's decision.
If you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact this
office.
