The conditions are: 1. Verify that both parcels are in compliance with usable sewage disposal area requirements of Chapter 20 of the Code of Butte County and public water supply or individual well requirements. - 2. Provide an accurate legal description of the remainder. There is a fifteen -day appeal period before this Certificate can be recorded unless you sign and return the enclosed waiver waiving your right to appeal the committee's decision.
