Hi Stuart:
Tom Turk was in today and is trying to get an Ag Exempt building permit. His property that he wants to put the
building on is 068-020-023. He said that he has brought in creation deeds for this property to you and that you
have the copies. Unfortunately, he came in during lunch time, so I don't think that you were around when he was
here.
I wanted to check with you to see if this is familiar and if you do have creation deeds for his property. He brought
in another legal description that he said was an issue because of an "Area B" that was not included in the original
description.
