ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NO.
Pursuant to the provisions of the *Zoning Ordinance of the County of
Butte and the special conditions set forth below: Floyd M. Jr. &
Bobbie L. Scott is hereby granted a Variance In accordance with
application filed: 5/22/89 to the required side yard setback to allow
a building 5 ft. from the property line on property zoned AR -1 located
on the northeast side of Plumas Drive, Oroville.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
I. The view of the garage from AP *068-03-0-068 shall be softened by
the use of screening plants between the garage and the property
line.
2. The garage shall be at least 5 ft. from the p-roperty line to
allow sufficient area for screening plants.
3. Applicant must also comply with all other applicable State and
local statutes, ordinances, and regulations.
I hereby declare under penalty of perjury that I have read the
foregoing conditions, that they are in fact the conditions which
were Imposed upon the granting of this variance, and that I agree
to abide fully by said conditions.
