Dear Mr. Kurtz:
At the regular meeting of the Butte County Subdivision Violation
Committee meeting held on February 26, 1992, the committee granted
a conditional Certificate of Compliance for the above -referenced
property. The conditions are:
1. Provide a letter or other documentation from OWID stating that
treated domestic water is available to this remainder parcel and the
gift deed parent parcel.
2. Provide an accurate legal description of the remainder parcel.
There is a fifteen -day appeal period before this Certificate can be
recorded unless you sign and return the enclosed waiver waiving your
right to appeal the committee's decision. If the conditions are
cleared prior to the end of the appeal period, a "clean" certificate
with no conditions will be issued.
