It measures 814 feet in straight line by tape measure and, also, I did a double check on that number by adding the distance from the hydrant to my current home (517 feet) and the distance from my current home to the mobile (310 feet) and it came in at 827 feet, so I know that is a pretty accurate measurement. In case I didn't tell you the mobile is a second dwelling. I will e-mail Lana and tell her I have been in contact with you and if you could let her know I'm within the 1000 feet, I would certainly appreciate it. I didn't think I would need another clearence for the second dwelling, so I never gave it a second thought. I think this is the last thing I need to get for my permit to be issued. Happy day! Our neighbors who are 2 parcels down just installed a mobile home and the sprinkler requirement was waived for them as well, do the fact that we are on public water. These forms should be in my file but I can fax you copies, if needed. Is this sufficient to have this requirement waived on the mobile, as it was on my home that was completed last year? This article does not apply to any facility regulated by the State Department of Social Services even if the facility is also used as the private residence of the operator.
