I've tried to include all the forms required for each application. Also included with each application is a data sheet with those items checked which must be supplied before the permit can be issued. The first application is for the utility connections and installation of the commercial mobilehome. The second application is for the deck and ramp required for disabled access to the mobilehome. I wasn't able to complete this application since fees are based on the square footage of the deck and ramp area. The third application is for conversion of the single family residence to an office. This application is incomplete as well since I was not sure how much plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work was being done. The fourth application is for a sign permit. The fees, for this permit will be based on a contract price for installation of the sign. The Tribe had originally applied to the Bureau of Indian Affairs to have this parcel placed Into federal mist status in December, 1994. The Bureau suffers from a huge backlog of work and has been unable to completely process this request in, the intervening two years. The True had proceeded with this project with an understanding from, the Bureau that the acceptance of this land into federal trust (and lienee removal from County jurisdiction) wits inuxtinent. An environmental assessment on this action is now being reviewed by the Bureau. It may very well be several more months before the status of this properly is finally modified. In the meantime. we do recognize the need to pursue permits through your agency. My discussion with Mr. Rutherford in December ended with him needing to check with his superiors concerning the manner in which we should proceed.
