The Butte County Assessor's records indicate you are the owners of the property. On December 1, 1983, I visited the rental and the tenants permitted me to make an inspection. The follo!.,ting conditions were observed which are violations of the California Administrative Code, Title 25, Chapter 1, Subchapter 1; State Housing Law Regulations; and the California Health and Safety Code, Section 17920.3 (a)(11), (15), (d), (e), (g), (j) and (k); and which pose health or safety hazards to the tenants. 1. The building shows .excessive dampness, and wall damage from water seepage from poorly drained areas at the rear and side of the rental. 2. There is an accumulation of trash, debris, and discarded building materials and waste at the rear and'side of the rental. 3. There are open spl.i•ces and electrical hazards in the porch light and swamp cooler wiring. 4. There is an open sewer line at the rear of the rental, which discharges wastes on the ground when the toilet is flushed or the bathroom fixtures are drained. 5..
