The inspection revealed the following items which must be done or resolved: (1) The area is presently coned AR. Your proposed business must qualify as a home occupation per attached sheet. (2) Provide one V exterior o4it door. (3) The interior -mall, ceiling and floor finishes as well as all other Items must be approved by the Butte County health Department for compliance with the California Restaurant Act. (4) They building must be accessible to and useable by the physically handicapped. (S) The bathroom must be equipped for physically handicapped. (6) The electrical wiring must comply with code requirements including safe circuits and elimination of open splices. All receptacles must be the grounded type.
