which have been imposed pursuant to the Butte County Code Chapter 20-167 and
Government Code, Section -66499.35 (b), to protect the public health and public
safety:
1. Either prove that AP 68-342-11 and 12 each. -contains the required usable
sewage disposal area as required by Appendix VII of the Subdivision Ordinance
Standards of the Code of Butte County, or provide a letter or other.
documentation from Lake Oroville Area Public Utility District stating that
they are willing and able to supply sewer service to each parcel, or recombine
parcels 11 and 12 as one parcel.

At the regular meeting of the Butte.County Subdivision Violation
Committee meeting held on May 8, :1991, the committee granted a
conditional.Certificate of Compliance for the above-referenced
,property.. "The condition-1s-i-
Either. prove that the parcels each "contain the required usable
sewage disposal area as'required by Appendix VII of the
Subdivision Ordinance Standards of° the Code of Butte County, or
provide a letter or other documentation from Lake Oroville Area

There is a fifteen-day appeal period before this'Certificate can be
