All non-current, carrying metal parts of the mobilehome (aluminum siding, gas line, water line), including fixtures and appliances, shall be tested for continuity from such equipment and the grounding conductor. C .Upon completion of the above procedure, the power supply cord or feeder assembly conductors shall be connected to the site service equipment. A further continuity test shall then be made between the grounding electrode and the chassis of the m b-ilehome. A field density test was taken on the surface of the fill. The maximum depth of compacted fill is about 2 feet. DESCRIPTION OF FILL The material used for the fill was imported to the site and consisted of gravelly clayey sand. The fill was reportedly compacted by track rolling. The approximate extent of the grading is shown on the attached drawing "Location of Density. Tests". TESTING A representative sample of the soil was taken to the laboratory for compaction tests. The compaction tests were performed in accordance with the laboratory standard ASTM 1557 Method C. The relative density of the fill was determined from the. compaction tests.
