This Correction Notice was issued at Final Inspection. It seems that the inspector and my contractor couldn't find these items and upon inspecting myself, I found that I couldn't either. Being the owner of this mobile and the owner of the land it is located on, I certify that it is the same mobile located on the same land as when your department originally inspected it for placement upon the aforementioned property. Although I was unable to find the indicated plates or decals, I was able to find Manufactures Serial # and Model Unit Designation Plates. Inside the mobile, located in master bedroom closet, is paperwork attached to the wall, which gives the following information: Manf. Ser # HSCASNB89321636, Model Unit Designation # HSCASNB89321636. Also, located on the northern outside wall of the mobile, attached to the mobile, are two metal plates with the manufacture's Compliance Number engraved into metal. The Compliance number is PFS195404. The only explanation I can give for our inability to find the license plate or decal is that they where covered up when skirting was place around the structure or that the plates where attached to removed material during construction. The correction notice states a letter of explanation of non availability of these items would be required for closure of this inspection process. So please accept this letter in that regard.
