The 4 tests were taken below the 0.21 of base rock placed'on the. surface of the completed fill. The fill material is an imported rocky clay silt. Maximum depth of fill ranges from 4 - 5111 on the west end of the pad. Results show that the in.�-place material has a moisture content 3 .- 6% above optimum.
