Any refund checks will be made payable to the name on the receipt. 2. Our technicians found that the soil contained in excess of 40% +'/4 inch material. This confirmed that this material was too rocky to perform any conventional testing procedures. The pad was constructed entirely- out of native material and was completed prior to our arrival, in cut with little fill. We verified that excavation was taken down to a cemented cobble hardpan. All finished grade .was moisture 'conditioned and compacted with a vibratory sheepsfoot compactor.. We were . satisfied with the compactive effort throughout the building pad. It is understood and agreed that the County has prior right to the use of its rights of way.
