Johnson Merger
Beginning at the Northeast corner of that parcel of land described as Parcel 2 in a
deed to Carroll S. Johnson et. ux. recorded in Book 1087 Official Records at Pages 388
and 389, Butte County, California, Recorders office, said point being in the centerline of
Skyline Boulevard; thence South 860 11' 47" West along the Northerly line of said
Johnson Parcel 2, 667.48 to the Northwest corner of said Johnson Parcel 2; thence
South 08° 07' 00" East, along the Westerly line of said Johnson Parcel 2, and the
Westerly line of Parcel 1 of said 1087 Official Records Page 388 and 389, 116.04 feet;
thence North 860 11' 47" East parallel to said Northerly line, 658.75 feet to a point on
the Easterly line of said Parcel 1, said point being in the centerline of said Skyline
Boulevard; thence North 03° 48' 00" West along said centerline and along the Easterly
line of said Parcels 2 and 1, 115.71 feet to the Point of Beginning.
