All materials and workmanship shall be in accordance with recognized good practices and of a quality prescribed for the specific use in the 1998 California Building Code (1997 U.B.C.), 1998 California Plumbing Code (1997 U.P.C.), 1998 California Mechanical Code (1997 U.M.C.), and the 1998 California Electrical Code (1996 N.E.C.)
