Dear Ms. Kitrick; In order to enable a prompt, timely response to emergency situations, Butte County maintains a 9-1-1 Master Street Address Guide (MSAG). As the addressing authority for Butte County, and in an effort to assure this service, the Building Division will issue to any building owner or occupant within the county, an address in accordance with Butte County Code chapter 32. The above mentioned property has not been addressed, and could not receive prompt emergency services if they were to become necessary.
