At the regular meeting of the Butte County Subdivision Violation Committee meeting held on May 22; 1991, the committee granted a conditional Certificate of Compliance for the above -referenced property. The conditions are: 1. Obtain a 60 ft. access easement from the property to a maintained public road. 2. Verify that Aubrey W. Zech or the Zech family was not involved in the creation of all those parcels currently owned. by Aubrey Zech in the immediate area. If it is determined that the Zech family was involved.in the creation, a subdivision map application must be filed.in order to create the parcels legally. There is a fifteen -day appeal period before this Certificate can be recorded unless you sign and return the enclosed waiver waiving your right to appeal the committee's decision.
