APP. FOR DETERMINATION
At the regular meeting of the Butte County Development Review
Committee meeting held on August 3, 1992, the committee granted a
conditional Certificate of Compliance for the above -referenced
property. The conditions are:
1. Verify legal access to the parcel from a publicly maintained road.
2. Provide 2 -way traversable access to the parcel from a publicly
maintained road.
3. Provide evidence that -the site has a suitable area for the
installation of a sewage disposal system.
4. Provide evidence that domestic water is available to the property.
There is a fifteen -day appeal period before this Certificate can be
recorded unless you sign and return the enclosed waiver waiving your
right to appeal the committee's decision.

The East 335 feet of that portion of the Northwest quarter of
the Northeast quarter of Section 36, Township 20 North, Range 5
East, M.D.B. & M., lying Southerly of the Southerly boundary line
of that certain road known as the Craig Park Road, as described in
the Deed to the State of California, dated May 17, 1968, and
recorded July 30, 1969, in Book 1576 of Butte County Official
Records, at page 432.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the South 490 feet of said parcel of land.
THIS TOGETHER WITH right-of-way recorded in Book 2846 of Butte
County Official Records, at page 471.

Issuance of this Certificate is conditional upon the following
conditions which. have been imposed pursuant to the Butte County
Code Chapter 20-167 and Government Code, Section 66499.35 (b), to
protect the public health and safety:
1. Obtain a letter from California Division of Parks and
Recreation granting permission to use Craig Access Road.
2. Provide 2 -way traversable access to the parcel from a publicly
maintained road..
NOTE: The sewage disposal area on this site is very limited,
prior to any excavation or grading. Obtain approval from
Environmental Health Department.
