FOR DETERMINATION At the regular meeting of the Butte County Development Review Committee meeting held on August 3, 1992, the committee granted a conditional Certificate of Compliance for the above -referenced property. The conditions are: 1. Verify legal access to the parcel from a publicly maintained road. 2. Provide 2 -way traversable access to the parcel from a publicly maintained road. 3. Provide evidence that -the site has a suitable area for the installation of a sewage disposal system. 4. Provide evidence that domestic water is available to the property. There is a fifteen -day appeal period before this Certificate can be recorded unless you sign and return the enclosed waiver waiving your right to appeal the committee's decision.
