have been.impose'd pursuant to the Butte County Code Chapter 20-161 and Government.
Code, Section 66499.35 (b), to protect the public health and public safety;
1. Verify traversable access to the property from a publicly maintained road or
state highway.
2. Provide a letter from the State Dept. of Water Resources stating that they will
not object to use of this road (Craig Access Road) by the property owner.
3:' Provide satisfactory evidence that a suitable site for the installation and
replacement of a sewage disposal system for a single family residence
exists on the parcel.
4. Provide satisfactory evidence that.adequate quantoties of potable domestic water
