Dear Mr. Bines:
With reference to the above subject, thins office has been advised that you are
constructing a residence on the subject property in Butte County without obtaining
the required permits and inspections from this office.
Please contact this office within ten (10) days of the date of this letter, present
plans in duplicate, and apply for the necessary permits.
Your failure to comply with this letter may cause us to refer the matter to other
authorities for appropriate action.
Should you have any questions, please contact us.
