An 'owner -builder" building permit has been applied for in your name and bearing
your signature.
Please complete and return this information at your earliest opportunity to avoid
unnecessary delay in processing and issuing your building permit. No building permit
will be issued until this verification is received.

Gentlemen:
The Pioneer Volunteer Fire Department representatives tell us
that you will approve deleting the two 411 diameter floor drains
in the Apparatus Room as shown on. Sheet 3 of the Plans contingent
upon our concurrence
Please consider this as our approval provided that the Apparatus
Room floor is finished with a longituriinal crown sloping to the
doors at each side, in lieu of the floor slopes shown on the Plans.
