Appeal of condi ion #5.
At the regular meeting of the Butte County Board of Supervisors held
August 21, 1979, the Board upheld your appeal of condition #5 providing
that the parcel map be marked in such a manner that there will be no
further division of parcels, and dwelling construction will be limited.
to one dwelling per parcel.
When the conditions of approval are complied.with, it will be in order
for Mr. Brasier to file his final map with the Butte County Department
of Public Works for recordation within eighteen (18) months of the date
of the Board of Supervisor's action.
