It will be charged back to you on a credit deposit within the

Dear Mr, and Mrs. Soychak:
On 6/26/89 you applied for an Agricultural Exemption Permit and paid fees
of $25.00 with your check # We issued your exemption permit on 6/27/89.
We just received notice that your check has been returned for insufficient
funds. Until we receive repayment this exemption permit is null and void.
Payment must be made• in the amount of $35.00 ($25.00 + $10.00 service
charge) in order to reinstate this permit. Payment must be made within
ten days of the date of this letter.
Should you have any questions concerning this matter, please contact this
office.
