DWELLINGUNITS ,FOR, BUTTE coUNTY PLANNING DEPAR'TMEN'T .j The following conditions shall be applicable to all Senior Citizen Dwelling Units as defined In section 24-202 of the fi Bute County Cade and :located within,, the unincorporated area of Butte County. It is the applicants responsibility' to ins re that these conditions have been or can be met prior to the application for an Administrative Permit. The applicant shall be responsible for providing, as requested by the County, information or proof of compliance with the conditions. The lot or parcel on which the senior citizen dwelling units proposed contains an existing single-family dwelling i unit. !` a ' 2 The 11vingarea", meaningthe interior habitable floor space area of a dwelling unit including basements and attics, butnot including a arage or any accessory structure, shall not exceed 1,200 square feel: for a detached senior citizen dwelling unit: The "living area"L I of an attached dwelling unit shall not exceed 640 square feet or o greater 30% of the exiting single-family dwelling unit living area, whichever is gre' (3) The senior citizen dwelling unit is intended for the sole occupancy of one (1) adult 62 years of age or over or two (2) adult persons, one of whom is 62 years of age or over, An affidavit of compliance with the age a requirements of this section shall be recorded In the office of the,, Recorder prier to issuance of building permits, e Said affidavit shall include thelegal description of the lot;or parcel and shall constitute a covenant running with the land, binding upon the original owners and their heirs, successors and assigns, limiting the occupancy of � the senior citizen dwelling unit to the conditions described In this section.
