After finally reaching you on 2-11- 02, I informed you that the exterior wall on the 40x50 foot two story garage you build at my residence 297 Simmons Road Oroville, CA 95966 was separating from the ceiling joist by more than 2 % inches in the center tapering down to 0 inches at the corners over a 40 foot span in the high bay section with the 14 foot high ceiling. This was due to it not being properly tied into the ceiling joist. Not only did it separate but it tore all the fire taping loose and allowed the sheetrock to severely sag the entire 40 feet. Due to the separation inside it caused a severe bulge outside which caused the stucco to crack in several places. You said you would come out to look at it. On 2-20-02 you did come out. And after looking at the exterior bulge and the separation from the ceiling, you went into the attic and looked at the wall separation, as I watched from the access opening. When yoli came out from the attic, you said you did not know what caused it but you would come out the following Monday 2-25-02 with a helper to correct it. At that point I was concerned with your answer. So I took extensive photos of the exterior wall bulge and interior dry wall separation. When I went into the attic to get more photos, I could see clearly that you had only anchored the wall to the ceiling joist in the center with a few nails. So I contacted a friend "Gary Lopina" who has been in construction for more than 25 years and I asked him to be at my residence when you were to come by on Monday 2-25-02. The following Monday you did show up with your helper "Joe" and went into the attic to work on the problem. Joe came down borrowed a chain and a come along from me and returned to the attic with you and your come along and the both of you pulled the wall back in place and anchored it properly, as it should have been done in the first place. When you came down from the attic, you said the wall was back in place and you had extensively anchored it. I then walked you around the outside to show you the cracks in the stucco, your reply was that you were having that problem on other jobs and you felt it was due to your stucco contractor "Paul", applying the stucco material on too dry, and if the cracking got worse you would have him come out to correct it. At this point I asked you when you thought the sheetrock company would-be- out, you said probably a week.
