This department received.complaints alleging persons are camp
ing or living on.the above li.sted.property.without approved
toilet facilities anal an approved water supply. The Butte
County Assessor's records indicate you are the owners of the
property•..
On: August 14, 1984, I visited the property and contacteda
gentleman who..indicated he is camping on the site,, and admitted
there are no toilet.facilities or water supply. Latera second.
man arrived on.the property. The house existing on the site
was also observed to be substandard and unfit for human
occupancy.
The following conditions were observed' which are .in violation'.

to beginning work.. The property shall be vacated and remain
