I am including the general plan, zoning and building file information General Plan and Zoning The parcel's land use designation is Commercial, and the zoning is C-1 (Light Commercial). The zone was established February 28, 1984 by Ordinance 2393. . Building File The building file indicates that a single family dwelling existed on the property (the building has no permit). A permit has been obtained by Donald A. Voskia for electric service, and that appears to have been finaled. An application was accepted for multiple family dwelling, but the permit was never issued, and the structure was not built. Beginning in the 2003 fiscal year a permit to retrofit the windows and the roof (03-3796) was obtained by David Garzer (contractor: Matt Hoblin Construction) and issued, however, never finaled. Two more permits were applied for by Gumba Investment, LLC (Kevin Avila has signed the Limited Liability Company Articles of Organization as the executer of Gumba Investment), and the permits were issued, but never finaled.
